Research Paper “Fundamental Change of Circumstances and Maritime Zones and Boundaries” by O. Semenova at the 17th Annual Conference of the European Society of International Law in Utrecht, the Netherlands

On the 3rd of September 2022 Olena Semenova, the Member of the Ukrainian Maritime Bar Association, took part as a speaker in the 17th Annual Conference of the European Society of International Law in Utrecht, the Netherlands. She presented a research paper on “Fundamental Change of Circumstances and Maritime Zones and Boundaries”. During the presentation, under the guidance of Prof Keun-Gwan Lee, there was a fruitful exchange of opinions held in the frame 
of discussion between the participants, scholars and eminent professors in the field of the International Law of the Sea.
