Statutory Bodies

According to the Charter of the Ukrainian Maritime Bar Association its statutory bodies are:

• the General Assembly of members of the Association as the supreme governing body;
• the Board as the executive body of the Association;
• the President and the Vice-President of the Association;
• the Audit Committee.

Issues related to the competence and order of convening (formation) of the governing bodies are settled by the Charter of the Association.
