"Maritime law and management:
evolution and modern challenges"

The Conference is
held with the aim of implementing a comprehensive scientific consideration of
topical issues of the current state and dynamics of legal and managerial
decisions on the development of Ukraine as a maritime state with the
involvement of interested scientists, graduate students and master's degree
applicants.
Sections and thematic areas of the Conference:
Section 1. Maritime law: international maritime law; international
private maritime law; national maritime legislation; safety of navigation;
legal regulation of interstate conflicts at sea
Section 2. Maritime management: current conditions and development
trends; trends in the development of the maritime economic complex; transport
industry in the system of economic globalization; and transport integration
processes; management of maritime and inland waterway transport in armed
conflict.
Section 3. Maritime security of Ukraine: political and legal aspects
of maritime security as a component of national security; features and state of
national legal regulation of maritime security and security of coastal territories;
prospects for the dynamics of legal support for maritime security of Ukraine.
Section 4. National interests of Ukraine in the context of civilizational
challenges: general philosophical and anthropological dimensions of modern
social practices; historical and cultural foundations of modern Ukrainian
statehood; socio-political aspects of the integration of Ukrainian society into
the European space
